Shipping policy

At Kientech we understand how important it is to receive your products as soon as possible. We ship directly to you from vendor distributors ensuring you get your products as soon as possible! Currently most of our in-stock orders are being dispatched and delivered within 5 business days after payment has cleared.

We offer Free Courier Shipping for all orders over $60 or a $5 flat rate charge for orders below $60 Australia wide!

Once payment has cleared we aim to ship out your order within 1-2 business days with the courier taking 1-5 business days to deliver to you. All tracking details will be provided to you and if you have any enquiries please reach out to us.
