Currently most of our in-stock orders are being dispatched and delivered within 5 business days after payment has cleared.
We offer Free Courier Shipping for all orders over $50 or a $5 flat rate charge for orders below $50 Australia wide!
Once payment has cleared we aim to ship out your order within 1-2 business days with the courier taking 1-5 business days to deliver to you. All tracking details will be provided to you and if you have any enquiries please reach out to us.
Returns
Kientech Returns & Refunds Policy
At Kientech, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We adhere to the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which provides you with certain guarantees regarding the quality and suitability of products.
Change of Mind Returns
If you’ve changed your mind, we accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your item, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in brand new condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories and labels intact.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns.
- Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend using tracked and insured postage as we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
- Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for:
- Custom orders or special requests
- Clearance or sale items
- Business or bulk orders (see below)
To request a return, please email info@kientech.com.au with your order number, the reason for return, and any relevant photos.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law:
- You may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on the nature of the fault.
- We will cover the return postage if the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.
- Please do not open, use or attempt to repair the item before contacting us.
Manufacturer Warranty
Many of our products come with a manufacturer warranty. Warranty periods, terms and claims are governed by the manufacturer. We will assist you in lodging a claim where possible, but the outcome and timeframes are subject to the manufacturer's process.
Business & Bulk Orders
Orders placed for commercial, business or bulk purposes (e.g. more than 3 units, or where a business name is used) are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Faulty goods will be assessed in line with manufacturer warranty terms. Consumer guarantees under the ACL may not apply to business purchases.

Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange a product, please follow the return process above. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and assessed, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note, financial institutions may take extra time to finalise the refund. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at info@kientech.com.au.
